What else do I need to print checks?
You need 1.) a printer and 2.) hard-copy QuickBooks-compliant or Peachtree-compliant check templates customized for your checking account.
What is your cancellation policy?
You are not locked into any long-term commitment. Cancel at anytime and any unused portion of your monthly fee will be refunded to you on a prorated basis. There is no cancellation fee.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
When you sign-up, you receive a free allotment of checks to print (3, 6, or 12 depending on plan selected) before your monthly billing starts. If, for whatever reason, you want to cancel before exhausting your free allotment of checks, you will not be charged anything.
What exactly counts as a “check”?
The combination of a date, payee, paid amount, and memo – once printed – counts as one check. You are free to print this same combination multiple times without it counting against your monthly limit. (We know mistakes happen.) However, changing any of the information for a check and then printing it again will count against your monthly limit.
Do you offer pay-as-you-go, per-check plans?
No. However, since all of our subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis with no long-term commitments or cancellation fees, you can use the service on an as-needed basis, canceling and renewing your subscription as desired.
Can I share my subscription with someone else?
Yes. Personal subscriptions support 2 distinct logins (usernames), Small Business subscriptions – 4, and Enterprise – 6.
